We work directly from your tech pack — or from a mood board when the tech pack does not yet exist — and translate it into graded patterns, tested fabric combinations and repeatable bulk production with documented AQL inspection.

We build from the membrane outwards. Three Inspections Before a Carton Is Sealed
Incoming fabric and trims are checked for shade, hand-feel, shrinkage and water repellency. During sewing, patrol inspectors audit stitch density, taping width and measurement tolerance every two hours. Finally, each garment is examined piece by piece, then re-sampled against AQL 2.5 with photographic evidence shared before booking.

Winter outerwear has no second window. We plan backwards from your in-store date: fabric commitment, PP approval, line loading, taping capacity and vessel booking are locked as one schedule. JIT one-piece flow keeps WIP low so a late trim does not stall the whole order, and our export team prepares CO, packing list and invoice sets to avoid customs delays.

Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style per colourway. For seasonal capsule programmes, or when the fabric is already stocked in our warehouse, we can split the quantity across 2–3 colours so emerging brands can test the market before scaling to full production runs.
Proto and fit samples are delivered in 7–12 working days after the tech pack is confirmed. Bulk production of insulated outerwear normally runs 30–45 days after PP sample approval and fabric arrival, depending on trim complexity, embroidery and the volume of seam sealing required.
We routinely build 2L, 2.5L and 3L laminated constructions from 5,000mm/5,000g up to 15,000mm/10,000g, finished with fully taped seams. PFC-free DWR, recycled face fabrics and stretch membranes are available; each quotation states the exact construction and tested rating.
Yes. Our management system is ISO certified, and our nominated mills supply OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, bluesign® and recycled-content documentation. Down is traceable and RDS-certified fill can be arranged on a project basis. Test reports are issued in your buyer's name where the lab permits.
A three-tier inspection system applies: incoming fabric and trim testing; in-line patrol inspection every two hours on the JIT one-piece flow line; and a 100% piece-by-piece final audit with AQL sampling, needle detection and photo documentation before cartons are sealed. Third-party inspections such as SGS or BV are welcome.
Absolutely — this is the core of our ODM service. Send sketches, reference garments or even a mood board and our pattern team will produce graded patterns, a fabric/trim board at three price levels and a costed BOM, then refine the fit through sample rounds until it is production-ready.
